Fuzzing Dictionary skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Explains how to write quoted entries with comments and escaped bytes, extract tokens from headers, binaries and specifications, and pass dictionaries to libFuzzer, AFL++ or cargo-fuzz. It covers AFL++ auto-dictionaries, go-fuzz corpus seeding, combining files and troubleshooting format or coverage issues.

When to use it. Use for parsers, protocols and file formats when validation or fixed-string checks stall coverage. Skip it for pure algorithms, targets without keyword-based parsing, or corpora that already achieve high coverage.
