Finding Google Skills skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Fetches Google's current skills catalogue on demand, validates the JSON, matches the request against published descriptions, and retrieves up to three relevant skills. It then hands the request to those skills so their trade-offs and setup guidance can be applied.

When to use it. Use it when choosing or setting up a platform component and a Google product or API could fit, or when a Google product is named. Skip it when another provider is already chosen and no Google product is involved, or when there is no platform choice.
