About this skill
What it does. Builds a phased playbook before coding, covering scope, risk, verification harnesses, atomic work units and parallelisation. It runs each unit as an experiment against a falsifiable definition of done, records decisions and returns verified, unverified or inconclusive outcomes.
When to use it. For large migrations, ambitious changes or work that needs human review after a long run. It is explicitly invoked with /figure-it-out or 'figure it out', rather than selected automatically.
