Expo Skill Feedback skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Provides commands to submit actionable feedback about Expo skills, CLI, EAS, docs or MCP, with optional category and subject fields. It also checks or changes anonymous usage telemetry with status, on or off controls; telemetry is separate from feedback and disabled by default.

When to use it. Use it after useful, confusing or broken Expo work, or when an agent repeatedly fails an Expo task and an eval candidate should be reported. Use it when someone explicitly asks about telemetry; failure reports require approval before submission.
