About this skill
What it does. Explains a site's frontend or the layer stack behind a named effect, using browser inspection and fetched HTML/CSS from a live URL, or reconstructing a possible implementation from a screenshot. It labels claims as measured, derived or inferred and explains each layer's perceptual role.
When to use it. For understanding how an interface, gradient or animation was made. It explains rather than judges; reviews and alternative designs belong elsewhere, and screenshots produce reconstructions, not claims about original code.
