DWARF Expert skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Analyses DWARF sections, DIE trees and attributes with dwarfdump, llvm-dwarfdump or readelf, escalating from name and address searches to scripts using parsing libraries. It verifies structure with llvm-dwarfdump --verify and helps write DWARF consumers in Python, C/C++, Rust, Go or .NET.

When to use it. Use it to inspect or validate debug information, answer DWARF standard questions, or develop tooling that reads it. It does not cover runtime debugging, reverse engineering beyond DWARF sections, or compiler-specific DWARF generation bugs.
