Dimensional Analysis skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Runs a full-auto four-step pipeline that scans arithmetic files, discovers a dimensional vocabulary, adds anchor and propagated annotations, and validates mismatches. It records scope and vocabulary in project files, delegates each stage to specialist agents, and reports findings, coverage and blocked files.

When to use it. For DeFi, financial or scientific code with mixed units, decimal precisions, fixed-point arithmetic or unit conversions. It is not intended for code without dimensional arithmetic, pure counting logic or a quick single-formula check.
