About this skill
What it does. Checks the feature scope and governing spec for unresolved decisions before building. Once the gate clears, it follows the project conventions and the UI, logic or combined build flow, then updates the feature status and reports the result.
When to use it. For implementing a specified feature, page, component, API, service or data slice. If a required decision is missing, it routes the work to architecture first or records an authorised assumption; project scaffolding is supported only as a designated scaffold task.
