Debugging Wizard skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Guides debugging through reproduction, isolation, hypothesis testing, fixing and prevention. It analyses complete error messages, stack traces and logs, supports tools such as pdb, Node.js inspection, Go Delve and git bisect, and reports the root cause, evidence, fix and regression safeguards.

When to use it. For investigating errors, crashes, unexpected behaviour, stack traces, failing tests and log-based root cause analysis. It emphasises one change at a time, documented findings and regression tests after a fix.
