About this skill
What it does. Guides Dart dependency maintenance with dart pub outdated, upgrade, analyze and test. For resolution failures, it identifies the conflicting package, removes only that package's block from pubspec.lock, reruns dart pub get, and checks the resulting graph with dart pub deps.
When to use it. Use when pub get fails because package constraints are incompatible, or when auditing and upgrading Dart dependencies. It also covers retracted package versions without deleting the entire lockfile.
