Dart Generate Test Mocks skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Structures Dart code for dependency injection, adds the required testing and code-generation packages, and generates Mockito classes with @GenerateNiceMocks. It guides asynchronous stubbing, interaction verification, assertions and running dart test, including fixes for common generation and mock failures.

When to use it. For unit tests of Dart classes that depend on external services such as HTTP clients, APIs or databases. It applies when those dependencies need to be replaced with configurable mocks.
