About this skill
What it does. Builds a customer journey map for a specific persona and job to be done, from awareness through advocacy. It documents touchpoints, actions, questions, emotions, pain points and opportunities in a table, then identifies aha moments, decision points, churn triggers and prioritised improvements.
When to use it. For mapping customer experience, finding friction, improving onboarding or visualising a user journey. It can use supplied research files or a product URL, and suggests Miro or FigJam for visual maps.
