About this skill
What it does. Designs a composite account or subscriber score by defining the churn outcome, grouping and normalising signals, fitting weights, applying decay, setting three bands and wiring each band to an owner and play. It produces a versioned health score specification with backtest results, overrides, segment calibration and recalibration governance.
When to use it. For B2B account health, PLG or B2C subscription scoring, broken-score diagnosis and churn-risk or expansion workflows. It does not discover which indicators predict churn; that work belongs in a separate churn-signal discovery process.
