About this skill
What it does. Creates a new /spec/ Markdown file for a stated solution purpose, using a spec-[a-z0-9-]+.md name with a high-level category prefix. It fills front matter and a structured template covering scope, definitions, requirements, interfaces, acceptance criteria, tests, dependencies, examples and validation.
When to use it. Use it when a solution needs an AI-readable specification that is explicit, self-contained and machine-readable. It documents requirements, constraints, interfaces and integration dependencies.
