About this skill
What it does. Reviews commits, reverts, review comments, instructions and workaround comments to group recurring mistakes, then fixes each class at the highest effective level. It proves checks against real past mistakes, runs them locally and in CI, and reports evidence, enforcement level and why a higher level was not used.
When to use it. Invoke /correct after an operator correction or when repeated agent mistakes need to be made difficult or impossible. Exceptions must include a reason, expiry date and human approval.
