About this skill

What it does. Analyses .NET Framework CLRLoad logs from the mscoree.dll shim, tracing activation entry points, configuration, runtime selection, capping, COM registration and Feature-on-Demand decisions. It compares multiple activation sequences and produces a diagnosis explaining the observed outcome and controlling system state.

When to use it. For .NET Framework runtime loading failures, wrong runtime selection, unexpected Feature-on-Demand prompts, legacy hosting issues or v2/v4 activation conflicts. It does not cover modern .NET, assembly binding failures or crashes after the CLR has loaded.
