About this skill

What it does. Runs a label computation step, synthesises a semantic plot specification, and assembles a google.monitoring.dashboard.v1.Widget textproto with titles, axis labels, plot types and UCUM units. It preserves the supplied query or filter and validates the generated file, retrying assembly when needed.

When to use it. For creating Cloud Monitoring dashboard widgets from resolved PromQL or ListTimeSeries requests. It does not discover metrics or generate PromQL queries; use metric selection or PromQL query tooling for those tasks.
