Clinical Reports skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Builds fail-closed JSON templates and source-fact manifests for case, diagnostic, trial, CSR, safety and aggregate research reports, then runs local Python checks for structure, provenance, terminology, de-identification documentation and consistency. It routes reports to guidance such as CARE, CONSORT, SPIRIT and ICH while preserving unsupported fields as missing.

When to use it. Use with synthetic, de-identified or aggregate data handled locally, with documented authority and qualified review. It does not diagnose, interpret clinical observations, decide reportability, or sign, file or submit reports.
