About this skill

What it does. Finds model strings and API calls, replaces supported source models with Opus 4.5 IDs for Anthropic, Bedrock, Vertex AI or Azure, and removes an unsupported context beta header. It can adjust prompts for reported behavioural differences, while keeping those changes separate from the default model update.

When to use it. When migrating code or prompts from Sonnet 4.0, Sonnet 4.5 or Opus 4.1 to Opus 4.5. It does not migrate Haiku models.
