Claude Handoff skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Summarises the current conversation for a fresh agent, references existing project artefacts instead of duplicating them, redacts sensitive details and includes suggested skills. It launches the agent in the current working directory with a descriptive name and the summary as its prompt.

When to use it. For handing ongoing work to a new background session, optionally focused by a supplied description. It uses Claude's background-agent command and agent management interface.
