About this skill
What it does. Reads the specification context, annotated pull request diff and checked-out files, then compares required behaviour, changed systems, constraints and follow-up work with the implementation. It adds material findings to review.json and the review summary, with inline comments only when a mismatch maps to changed lines.
When to use it. During pull request review when spec_context.md is available. It supplements normal code review and does not create a separate report or post to GitHub.
