About this skill
What it does. Inspects an MSBuild binary log with MCP tools, or replays it to a diagnostic text log if MCP is unavailable. It compares project evaluations, global properties and output paths, ignores metadata-only instances, and reports clashes with likely fixes.
When to use it. For file-in-use errors, intermittent builds, overwritten or missing outputs, and NuGet restore collisions. It does not apply to unrelated OS file locks, single-project single-target-framework builds, or non-MSBuild systems.
