About this skill
What it does. Reads current report_only_observations from an authenticated Caveman CLI session, presents supported rows verbatim, and waits for an explicit operator choice. It then finds callsite evidence, proposes one minimal change with a paired baseline/candidate evaluation, and applies only the approved candidate.
When to use it. Use when inspecting a Caveman optimization report. It stops if required access, observations, a fixed fixture, a quality check or common measurement is missing, and reports outcomes without claiming savings or changing lifecycle state.
