Business Model skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Builds a Business Model Canvas by profiling customer segments, defining value propositions, mapping relationships and channels, and outlining activities, resources, partners, costs and revenue. It checks alignment, tests whether LTV exceeds three times CAC, and identifies assumptions and risks.

When to use it. For established businesses, corporate strategy, investor materials or analysing how an existing business works. Lean Canvas or Startup Canvas may be better for early-stage product hypothesis testing and strategic clarity.
