About this skill
What it does. Analyses MSBuild binary logs through the binlog MCP server, or replays them into diagnostic text logs when the server is unavailable. It interprets target and task performance summaries, node utilisation and analyzer timings, then categorises issues such as slow assembly resolution, copying, evaluation, restore and graph shape.
When to use it. Use after a build-performance baseline to find why an MSBuild build is slow and prioritise fixes. It does not establish baselines, fix incremental-build issues, tune parallelism or analyse non-MSBuild systems.
