About this skill

What it does. Checks whether -m is enabled, captures a binlog, and uses project timings and node scheduling to identify serial dependency chains. It covers graph builds, project-reference changes, solution filters and BuildInParallel, with binlog MCP or diagnostic-log analysis for bottlenecks.

When to use it. Use for slow multi-project MSBuild or solution builds that fail to benefit from additional cores. It does not apply to single-project builds, incremental-build issues, compilation slowness within one project, or non-MSBuild systems.
