Asc Build Lifecycle skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Uses the asc command-line tool to list recent builds, inspect processing state and find the next safe build number. It also supports waiting for processing during TestFlight or App Store distribution, and previewing or applying expiration to old builds.

When to use it. For managing App Store Connect builds, monitoring uploads, choosing build numbers or cleaning up build retention. Use asc publish when a workflow needs to distribute a build as well as upload it.
