Apple Appstore Reviewer skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Reviews an iOS codebase and its project files without changing code, checking permissions, privacy manifests, entitlements, purchases, accounts, content moderation and technical quality. Produces an executive summary, prioritised risk register, detailed findings, reviewer checklist and draft App Review Notes with evidence and test steps.

When to use it. Before submitting an iOS app to identify likely rejection causes and improve reviewability. It reports only applicable checks, marks unavailable evidence as unverified, and can suggest a second-pass patch plan after the initial audit.
