Analyze Feature Requests skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Reads feature requests from the prompt or supplied spreadsheets, CSVs and documents, groups them into themes, and checks each against the product goal. It uses customer value, reach, effort, risk and strategic alignment to rank the top three, then gives rationale, alternatives, assumptions and low-effort tests.

When to use it. Use it to triage a backlog or review customer requests before prioritisation. It prioritises underlying opportunities and problems rather than accepting customer-designed solutions, using Opportunity Score to evaluate customer-reported problems.
