About this skill

What it does. Gathers project, region, agent, gateway and error context, then follows a diagnostic flow through agent, gateway and IAP logs, registry state, identity and policies. Produces a structured report with evidence, a root-cause hypothesis and recommended fixes; it does not apply changes.

When to use it. For Agent Platform failures such as egress 403s, runtime 500s, gateway permission errors, or registry and IAP configuration issues. Not for general GCP IAM or unrelated networking problems.
