Agent Platform Model Registry skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Uses gcloud ai models to list, describe, upload and delete registry models or versions, with the Vertex AI Python SDK for metadata updates. It verifies publisher model IDs through Model Garden and requires confirmation for mutations and typed confirmation for deletion.

When to use it. Use it for registry catalog and artifact operations, not model training, endpoint deployment or non-Agent Platform models. Read-only listing and inspection run without confirmation.
