Agent Platform Deploy skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Lists Model Garden models, checks deployment configurations, estimates hourly compute costs and prepares deployments through the Agent Platform API. It also checks asynchronous operation status, verifies serving endpoints, and guides undeployment or resource deletion with confirmation safeguards.

When to use it. For deploying open models or custom weights, copying tuned models, troubleshooting quota errors, checking costs, or cleaning up endpoints. It does not handle endpoint discovery questions or model evaluations.
