About this plugin
Remember gives Claude Code continuity between sessions. It captures session activity, extracts key details, and uses Haiku to compress conversations into layered memory files, from the current buffer through daily, recent and archived summaries.
At the start of a session, hooks load the agent's identity, the previous handoff, current notes and relevant compressed history into context. Reach for it when you want the agent to retain project decisions, conventions, problems and progress without manually copying notes between sessions.
