About this plugin

Installed hooks observe Claude Code sessions and send traces to Langfuse, including prompts, agent turns, model generations, token usage, costs, thinking blocks, tool calls, skills, subagents, and images. Tracing covers the claude CLI and the desktop app in Code mode, but not Claude Desktop Chat mode.

Configure Langfuse with a public key and secret key, and optionally a base URL and other settings. The hook needs uv on PATH, or Python 3.10+ with the Langfuse SDK installed. It records failures in a local log and does not block Claude Code when telemetry cannot be sent.
