About this plugin
This plugin turns the current coding conversation into a markdown handoff for a new agent or session. It references existing PRDs, plans, ADRs, issues, commits and diffs by path or URL instead of copying their contents, while tailoring the handoff to the next session's focus.
Use /cs:handoff when work needs to move between agents or sessions. The included tools can generate a focused template, identify duplicated artefacts in a draft and recommend relevant skills for the next session. It uses Python's standard library and writes handoffs to a temporary path produced with mktemp.
