About this plugin
The plugin connects a Discord bot to Claude Code through an MCP server. It forwards incoming messages to the assistant and provides tools for replying, reacting, editing messages and reading recent channel history.
Use it when you want to interact with Claude Code from Discord. It needs Bun, a Discord application with a bot token and the Message Content Intent enabled. After installing with /plugin install discord@claude-plugins-official, configure the token, launch Claude Code with the channel enabled and pair the first user. Access policies can then restrict replies to approved users and channels.
