Deep Work plugin: what it installs and how to add it

The plugin turns a task list into an energy-first workday. It classifies tasks as deep or shallow, checks the shallow share against a 30-50% budget, schedules deep blocks of at least 90 minutes within a four-hour ceiling, batches shallow work into up to two windows, and adds buffers, lunch and a firm stopping time.

Use it for individual day planning when you need to protect attention and decide what to defer. Local Python standard-library scripts log focus sessions against a weekly deep-hours target, track consecutive-day streaks and support an end-of-day shutdown ritual. No account or external service is required.
