About this plugin
The plugin helps BizOps teams and operations leads analyse internal processes, identify bottlenecks, review vendor performance and risk, and plan staffing against demand. Other skills support change communications, company SOPs and runbooks, and spend categorisation and supplier consolidation. An orchestrator routes an inquiry to the relevant skill and asks focused, documentation-grounded questions.
Invoke the skills directly with commands such as /cs:process-map or /cs:vendor-review, or route an inquiry with /cs:bizops. Capacity planning uses Erlang-C queueing maths; communications draw on ADKAR and Kotter, while procurement uses UNSPSC categories.
