About this plugin
AutoHarness watches Claude Code sessions and distils useful lessons into skills, then keeps those skills maintained over time. It groups similar skills instead of creating near-duplicates, tracks whether skills are followed in later work, and removes generated skills that stop being useful. It only changes skills created by the plugin.
It runs in the background through session hooks and stores learned skills in .claude/skills/. Python 3.11 or newer must be available as python3 on the PATH; it uses no third-party Python dependencies.
